Gerry Ryan Sells His Car
“I did intend to join on a temporary basis, but this working model has allowed me to find a work-life balance I never thought possible. I’m used to late hours and work mainly on US campaigns; my wife works 9-5 from home, so it works perfectly with the kids. We even sold one of our cars because we don’t need it anymore! Overall, I feel I have more quality time.”
The money saved through significantly fewer office visits has allowed his family to sell one of their cars and lower their carbon footprint. The time saved on commute helps him to continue his work as an essential team leader of our US campaigns while also assuming the role of super dad!
Vincenza enjoys her active lifestyle
“I like to stay active with the gym and outdoor activities, mostly cycling and hiking. It’s also my first time on a remote model and I live close to the office. As a result, the work/life balance I have is fantastic!”
