The ResultsCX Graduate School continues the training experience in a safe production environment with individualized coaching and SME support. Our trainers and QA analysts are certified to support the unique needs of our Grad School and their accounts.
Employee professional development
To create a robust learning culture, we deploy digital learning through our Learning Management System (LMS). Internally developed and curated content is provided by our instructional design team. In addition, more than 10,000 OpenSesame (a leading provider of e-learning) courses are available, with new courses offered every month based on our employee’s learning needs.
